Saratoga CRM offers technical and end-user training courses. Training courses can be conducted at Saratoga CRM's corporate office in Campbell, California, at onsite locations around the world, or with web-based conferencing.

Classes for system managers and developers are usually held at our state-of-the-art training facility at corporate headquarters. Our training facility provides an optimal environment for hands-on learning experience.

End-user trainings are conducted on-site by our instructors or client's trainers. Our trainers will assist you in developing training materials that are specific to your Saratoga CRM™ system and business practices. Train-the-trainer classes provide customized training and help keep costs at a minimum.

Saratoga CRM for System Managers

Saratoga CRM for System Managers is a 5 day classroom course for technical professionals who are responsible for installing and managing a Saratoga CRM production environment. After completion, course participants will be able to:

  • Correctly install and configure the Saratoga CRM software
  • Grant and control user access to the Saratoga CRM system
  • Define and manage Saratoga CRM users (local, remote, web, wireless)
  • Define, modify, and design the business data (connecting databases, applications, email)
  • Define or modify the Saratoga CRM user interface
  • Design solutions to meet your business processes and needs

Saratoga CRM for End-Users

Saratoga CRM for end-users is a 1-day course. The class is recommended for all users such as sales executives, field service, management, marketing professionals, and corporate business users. After completion, course participants will be able to:

  • Become proficient users
  • Personalized the work environment - dashboard, navigation bar
  • Create personalized reports and quick search options
  • Tips for working with email systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Working as a remote user and as a wireless handheld user

We offer both standard and customized end-user training that is held at the customer's site. If a customer chooses to provide their own training, we support them with train-the-trainer classes or send instructors to customer sites for ongoing training.
